soccer and food

Today I was at a restaurant and ate christmas food. Traditionally a big smorgasbord was filled with stuff like herring, salmon (gravlax), meatballs, ribs and ham. Then traditionally I ate until I couldn't move. And then we had to run to the bus.

Before all this eating I had soccer practice. Since it was only me and two others there where one couldn't train we had a more fun practice. An hour of bicycle kicks practice on a mattress. Awesome.

snow

You know I wrote yesterday I haven't bought a single christmas present? Well, now I have. Not all of them of course, that would've been impressive. However, today I met Tess in the city and we walked around looking for presents, sat on a café and went to Burger King. Then it started snowing and everything was awesome. Now we have a 1.5 cm layer of snow on our backyard. My stepmom made also made gingerbreads today. So much christmas!

idol 2009

So Idol 2009 is over and thank you for that. It is not a bad show or anything, but not that interesting. Or entertaining. So the winner was Erik whateverhislastnameis. I think Calle was much cuter and more awesome, but that is just my opinion.

Anyway, today its friday and less than two weeks to christmas. I haven't bought a single present yet but tomorrow I will solve that problem. Hopefully.
Like every year the hardest present is the one for my dad and stepdad. I mean to moms you can always give some make-up or perfume thingy, but not to a man really. I will figure out something for tomorrow though.

wss

I came home yesterday after school feeling very sick. Not like dying sick, but enough just lying on my bed reading for an hour and not being able to move. So since I felt I was going to p**e I figured maybe I shouldn't go to practice today, so I stayed home and studied instead. And played Icy Tower. And watched TV. And fell asleep at 10.35 pm.

movies

Ummm, so. I been watching a lot of movies lately, both older ones and new releases. Especially on Friday nights when I'm incredibly tired and normally are asleep in front of the TV. Some examples are 17 Again, Role Models, Let the Right One In and Flickan som Lekte Med Elden (The Girl Who Played With Fire). These are all very good movies, but different.

My stepdad has a book called "1000 movies you have to see before you die" and is, as you maybe can figure out, about great movies, or I should maybe describe them as masterpieces that you can't miss. They are ordered with the earliest movies in the beginning and newest in the end. I'm planning to follow that book and watch every single movie in order, from beginning to end. This will sadly probably never happen, but it would be fun though. Anyone who wants to join me?

writers block and NM

I opened the "new post" window and when now I sit here staring at the screen I feeling extremely uninspired. I don't now what to write, at all. But my old english teacher said the easiest way to break this writers block is to just write something. Just some crap. So here it is, my crap breaking the writers block.

Btw, I haven't seen New Moon yet. I should though, not because I'm a freakish twilight fan but because I should at least have seen the movie. I haven't read the rest of the books either, which I probably also should so I at least could have an opinion in discussions. But I don't know.

swedish

Today I feel much better so I am in school today. History just ended and I'm mad tired. Of course everyone are tired, but I win think. Right now we're waiting on our swedish teacher and she is no where to be found. We have searched the floor but we couldn't see her. Oow, a teacher just came in and told us she absent, OK that means we should start reading. Or go for a cup of coffee, we'll see what I choose to do.
